I have Kaiser and pay $198 a month for an individual plan. I just started a new job, so I'm looking forward to getting on the company's health plan in three months.

$870 a month for an Anthem BCBS PPO, $30/$40 copays, $5000 family deductible for myself, wife, 5 kids. Well visits all covered. No dental, or maternity. Last year the individual plan I had for my wife had maternity and $1500 deductible for $670 per month. Good thing we had that as the birth of our twins and stay in the NICU would have cost about $150,000 with no insurance.
Now: MacBook 6,1; iMac 11,1; PowerMac 7,2; iPhone 4S; Apple TV (JB); Apple TV2 (JB); Time Capsule x2
Then: MacBook CD; iBook G3 Dual USB; iBook G4; PowerMac Quicksilver; iMac DV SE; Macintosh IIvx
