Syncase photo upload?

Hi, I tried to upload photos to my photo library at syncase.net from my iPad 2 in safari, I heard that u can now upload from safari, do I need to update to iOS 6?

I think syncase put in some steps earlier this year so you can upload photos from you ipad or iphone but you will need ios 6
