Just found these and have been really impressed. I emailed them about customizing it and they are going to do custom laser engraving starting next week.

They have a sale for all pre-orders right now so you can save like $10. Anyway, Green Wood Bamboo iPhone 5 Cases

They are made in the USA too and actually affordable compared to Grove (which is what I had for the iPhone 4). Does anyone else know of other custom wood cases other than Grove?

Twigcase.com is another one.

And I should say they are wood-like but also seem lower profile than straight wood cases.
