Hello I want to buy a iPhone 5 with an additional line on my account.

However

I want to use my existing iPhone 4S number on the new iPhone. On the old CDMA network that would be easy to fix but with the iPhone 5 being LTE I am not sure how I can do it.

Help?

Lots of threads on this. Basically get the i5 on a new lines. Then you need to deactivate it - some say pulling the SIM out will do this. However, I switched a different phone onto that new line with an ESN swap. Then after 24 hours, you can go into your old 4s online, choose switch/activate device, and enter in the i5 IMEI number and SIM card number. This will activate it on your existing number. Thats it.

Again, the big key is taking out of commission the i5 sim for 24 hours.
