How do you defeat Keyloggers on your Mac?

I am at a loss. There is someone who logged into my Mac and input this username: gungdongXX@128.com into my iTunes login screen. The XX looks like Chinese characters Yes I am resident in an Asian country. I rented an apartment.

I also suspect my Mac is under Remote Viewing. How do we defeat these @#$$@% tactics other than erasing HDD and re-installing the OS?
