I have the iPhone 4S. Ever since i upgraded to iOS 6 and open up my App Store and it sort of lags.. It can't be a connection issue cause I have 25 Mgbs download via wifi.. Everything else works fine. Internet and when the game is done downloading etc.. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Yes I am having the same problem. It is very annoying because I'm use to my apple devices working perfectly. When I use the search function in the AppStore or iTunes and scroll through the results it lags. It feels like I'm using a droid.

The new App Store is painfully slow and laggy. The layout is atrocious too. What about the new "card" search?

You mean I've got to "flick" through 3,000 "card" results one app at a time? What happened to simplicity that Apple prided itself on? Horrendous.

The App Store slow because is not a native app. It's all HTML. Kind of ironic.

Pretty sure the App Store is backend is powered by WebObjects and uses a custom XML format (even though the desktop iTunes Store is now rendered in standard HTML). That may have changed though.

Regardless, it's definitely not "native". Even the tab bar at the bottom can be changed/updated remotely by Apple.
