I just wiped my ip5 and started over as new to see if gives me a recharge in battery life. I put my pictures in a folder on my MBP and then synced with that folder to get my pics back on my iphone. It put two folders below my "camera roll." One was called "pictures" and the other was called "iphone5(what I named the folder that contains my pictures)". Both folders below my camera roll have the pics in them. I just want to be able to click on photos from the homescreen and see my pics....what did I do wrong?

What? You mean a common sense drag and drop into a folder instead of a convoluted way just to copy pictures? That would be un-Apple like.
