Selling my early 2008 iMac, need some help

I'm asking $500 for it and I've had some inquires about it. My question is how do I remove all my personal information from it with out doing a complete reinstall of the OS. All I really want to do is disable iCloud and my iTunes stuff.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
