I'm currently running Mac OS X 10.7.5 and Windows 7 using dual boot. Has anybody experienced an issue accessing the Windows 7 partition after upgrading their OS to Mountain Lion? I'm concerned that if I upgrade the operating system, I'll lose the Windows 7 side.

Since you're using Boot Camp, Windows 7 is a separate partition on your drive. The OS X 10.8 installer won't touch it unless you choose to do something weird like wipe your hard drive and then install OS X over it (which isn't the default behavior and would require that you do it through Disk Utility, so don't worry about it).
