Site not saving cookies

Do I have a setting wrong? Not sure what I did but it's not saving cookies anymore for me.

Did you check "Remember Me" when you logged in?

Safari...only checked "block cookies from 3rd parties and advertisers"

not sure...I stay signed in. maybe I'll sign out and back in.
