So people in the US are starting to see the benefits of passbook, has anyone found a use for it in the UK, or any apps that UK businesses (or even UK variants of US businesses eg. Starbucks) allow use of? Clicking "Find Apps" in the passbook app simply lists about 4 useless apps...

To be fair, web and email based use actually seems much more useful than integrated apps in the first place.
Asians got nothing to use in Passbook.

Have used the Lufthansa one a lot in the last few weeks, obviously only if you travel a fair bit.

Starbucks is going to bring Passbook support to us in the UK soon.
Also Tesco is going to be revamping their apps and also adding passbook support soon.
