Is it possible to repeat songs in iPod Shuffle?
And is it possible for me to skip a song that i don't want to hear?

I must be misunderstanding you, 'cause this seems too obvious:

Repeat a song: hit the backbutton, which will take you to the start of the current song.
Skip a song: hit the forward button to skip to the next track.

Check out this thread and the linked article for everything you ever wanted to know (and some things you didn't) about shuffle play.

However, I'm not sure it answers your question. What kind of iPod do you have? If it's an iPod Shuffle, I think the answer is no.
