No it's part of ios6 unless someone puts something together on cydia

You could make your own from scratch. Other than Add to Homescreen, which you can't do even in iOS 6 (unless there's a feature I haven't heard of?), those buttons should all be possible in iOS 5... You'd need to probably download an API or something to make the Facebook button work.

Not that I'm aware of, but that's an app specific feature. It's Safari sharing with Safari.

Then your statement, "those buttons should all be possible in iOS 5", isn't correct.
