Find out if a device enrolled on OS X Server are jailbroken

Does anyone know how I can do this?

I need to be able to kick people out of enrolment if they have jailbroken their device.

Happy to add a plugin or something but I can't use a third party MDM (everything has to be in house as they are heavily regulated)

I don't think you can tell when a device is synced. You need to install an app that can test and communicate with your server.

Is there any apps in the app store or will i have to write one?

is there no-way of telling via a log of something? i can get it to show what apps are install on the device but cydia doesn't show up on that.
