Week 43 and picked up on 11/3. So, it was freshly made. And, no issues at all after one week of use.

QC has gotten much better. While its not perfect , I think we can say that we are seeing a big improvement.

Week 44 (November)

The black is slightly faded at each of the 4 seams. The screens looks yellow compared to iphone 4 and ipad 3.

All are black 32gb AT&T

Week 36 (original) - horrible battery drain and multiple scuffs
Week 40 (genius bar) - camera lens screw was loose so autofocus wouldn't work
Week 42 (genius bar) - few dead pixels
Week 42 (applecare+ express replacement) - 4 giant scuffs out of box

I called AppleCare and they are having me send back the one that I received today as an express replacement. They will send another when it is received by them tomorrow. If the next one is faulty ill just keep what I have.
