Besides having a heat sink and a fan on my brink now I'm pleased to say it doesn't even get warm.

Its not a big problem having it attached when I travel i just wrap the fan cord on the two prongs on the brick and dont use it. The problem is when I game at home or watch movies for a long time. So its not a bother when my laptop is home and I can move the brick to a save place and plug in the fan.
