Is it against the rules to post "meme" photos?

You know, the pictures with the captions on them...

If the post only contains a meme graphic, yes it will be deleted by the moderators (if seen or reported)

It falls under the same guidelines as a one-word, off topic or frivolous post
Same for +1 posts, etc.
