I have a Week 39 64gb Black 5 that where the Aluminum and Glass meet on the Back Panel (Top) the AL is quite clearly scuffed. Not going to make me return it, but it is a bummer.

It so we can maybe start to see a pattern of flawless iPhone's your post was kind of pointless
went through 3 iphone 5's already. heading towards the fourth.
1. dirty under screen, 3 specks
2. squishy screen with rippling every time volume up button is pressed
3. chipped aluminum at bottom near headphone port, bare silver exposed--week 38; on the fence about keeping it.
In all cases I got no argument from Apple staff.
