I know beats are overpriced so please save the Beats hatred for someone who cares. With that said, is anyone planning on picking these headphones up? They're the first beats not made by monster. Is best buy selling these yet?

ended up picking them up, build quality is fantastic and are very comfortable
sound quality wise it's better then the Studios but not by much, the bass is overbearing and muddy and it has better highs and mediums

You should check out the UE 6000's at Best Buy or Apple if you have some return time. Very good build. Very good looking. Very comfortable with bigger earcups than the Beats. ANC can be turned off and the headphones are still functional. The sound is being compared to $400 headphones and is as good or better in many cases. And the best part, they are $199. I just sold my Studios and its not close.
