I posted this in the Mac basics sub-forum and no one replied so hopefully someone here knows what my problem is.
I have a 2012 15" cmbp and I recently received a Mini DisplayPort to hdmi adapter to connect to my 22" dell external monitor. My problem is with the display. Whenever I put my mbp to sleep in clamshell mode and turn it back on the display is always at 10% zoom so I can't see the whole screen. This happens every time I put it to sleep and every time I have to go reset the setting on the monitor. My first question is does anyone know how to fix this and if not does anyone know of a application or program where I maybe can control this. I already spoke to dell customer support and they were no help so hopefully someone here knows how to fix it.
