iPhone: map,safari,cydia not work on iphone 4 gsm ios6.0

hello i hope all friends are fine!
i have a problem! i face many problem after install of siri on my iphone 4gsm
i have iphone 4 gsm i successfully install ios6.0 on it
but i have a problem
cydia,map,safari not works
when i open cydia then its not open
when i open safari then it will not work
when i open map its also not work!
kindly help me i will see ios6 featues in which apple introduce 3D maps but when i install ios6 then boring map appear!


pls help me
my baseband is 4.12.02

Note: i will update my iphone ios6.0 from itune officially not manually!
and i install thedered jailbreak from redsn0w win 0.9.15b1
