How to Print Screen on a MacBook Pro Using Parallels For Windows

So I have Parallels to run Windows on my MacBook Pro and I have no idea how to print screen using Parallels.. Can someone please help. Also I need this information in the next few hours.. Thanks.

maybe it's a bit late but you can print screen as far as I know using the virtual pad from accessibility tools. There you can see that button.
