We just purchased our first iMac a couple of weeks ago. I have a Nook Color that the iMac is not recognizing, regardless of which USB I plug it into. 
Even when I go into disk utilities, it's not showing up as a drive. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know where else I can look to get the issue resolved? Thanks for any help provided.
