Hi

I am in need for desperate help. I have a Mac Pro Mountain Lion 10.8 Server and I need it to integrate with our active directory and create home folders on the Mac Server so users that log onto a Mac will have a separate home drive on the mac server aswell as binding a home drive for their windows server.

Hi. I'm in exactly the same boat with my network too. Did you find any solutions? I'm desperate for any help.

Woah this is an old thread...

Anyways all you do is bind the OS X server to the AD. Afterwards you set up OD on the mac server (not before!). You can use a share from the mac or windows server for home directories, but not both (as far as my experiences tell me). This is setup in workgroup manager.
