How do I turn off these stupid messages?

Guys

These are driving me nuts........iMac i3

Thumb resize.

Enter the following command in Terminal, followed by pressing enter:
defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitShowsURLsInToolTips 0
Now quit and restart Safari.
