I've been trying for several days and can't get into Apple Communities. It asks me over and over again for my Apple ID. I haven't forgotten it nor my password because I use it on iCloud and iTunes all the times. All I get is an error message. What do I do? I tried resetting the password to no avail.

I've been waiting for weeks to be approved for the second step in the process of being able to published on iTunes Connect for the iPad. When I tried to ask online how long this will take, every time I sign in either with my iTunes Connect Apple ID or the Apple ID I use to access iTunes/iCloud, I get an error saying "You have an invalid apple id. Your Apple ID is a numeric identifier." I've tried over and over to no avail. Any ideas both as to how to get support for iTunes Connect and if anyone know how long it takes for final approval?
