I'm confused.. How many iPads are there??

I'm a bit lost after reading an article on yahoo...
So let me list the iPad as I know it.

iPad - The first iPad
iPad 2 - The second iPad
iPad 3 - The new iPad

So now there is an iPad mini AND iPad with retina display? Is the retina display the iPad 4? I saw a picture comparison on the apple web. The retina display has lightning connector. Is that the only differences?

The New iPad (A6x, Lightning etc.)
iPad Mini.

All in all, 5.

All models available as WiF or 3G in various capacity and most in black or white.
