3G/4G internal mod for MacBook Pro 13"?

As above,
Im not keen on USB dongles and would like to know if there are internal third party 3G/4G data cards out there that i could fit inside my 2012 mbp 13".

Or, could i utilise the SD Card slot? Is there such a device that would fit in the sd card slot and enable me to put a sim card in?

Any ideas?
