Computer restarts when waken from sleep _ just installed two brand new PNY ram module
Mid 2010 MBP 2.4ghz; replaced two 2gb samsung ram modules (original modules from apple) with two 4gb PNY brand new modules. Computer runs laggy, boots fine; when waken from sleep mode, freezes, restarts, gives the following message:
"Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up." If you put your old RAM back in, does the problem go away?

I installed some PNY RAM on my iMac and it was nothing but problems. I would re-install the old ram and everything was fine. Turns out the RAM sticks were bad. Run some tests with Render and see what it finds. GL.
