iPad1 disabled

hi,
an iPad1 on 4.3.2 which a friend of mine was disabled by entering wrong password. Its he got no backups. So is it possible to restore it to 4.3.2 or can only update to 6.0??

ipad 1 lastest firmware is 5.1.1, and most likely no you will need to enter it in DFU mode.

If apple stopped signing 5.1.1 is it possible to restore it in DFU mode??

Apple will likely never stop signing iOS 5.1.1 or the iPad 1 as its the last version of iOS that iPad can run.

No. Apple is no longer signing iOS 5.0.1 and will never do so again.
