Micro-USB Lightning Connector in the US
Looks like the Micro-USB -> Lightning connector is now available in the US: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD...cturer%3Dapple
My questions is, how will this affect charging for the retina display iPads? I read somewhere that the maximum current you can get over the micro-usb pins is 9W, so newer iPads will not charge as fast. Can anyone comment on this or confirm?
Thanks in advance.
