2011 mini having issues with SMC fan control since 10.8.2, anyone else?

I have had SMC on many mac minis and have always loved it, never a single issue prior.

The other day I wanted to make some new profiles for SMC. Was currently running at a 2600 minimum profile. The problem is, when I open my properties for smc, it now shows 2600 as the lowest possible value, even when entering in the number on the keyboard as opposed to the bar you can pull. Any new profiles I make now have the same issue.

I know this might not be the best thread to post this in, but you guys always seem to come through. Anyone seen this before or have any ideas?

Still works fine on my 2011 Mid Mini...

This program pretty much killed my 2012 Mini. It was running reaaaaaally slow (and I have 16GB of RAM and a SSD.). Live Wallpaper (App) also made this happen. Not sure what's going on but I might wipe the drive clean and re-install everything.
