iPad mini Links need two clicks

On some links in safari, clicking brings up a small preview. Clicking the link again takes me to the actual page. Has this happened to others?

I have not run into that problem. Perhaps posting a few of these links might be helpful.

Probably the way the pages are coded. It's not an iPad problem, it's a website problem.

You guys are right. It seems to happen on only one of the websites that I visit.
