iOSMole macrumors newbie Join Date: Aug 2012	Free Applecare support in NZ/OZ One of the procedures was quietly changed on 1st Nov so that now Applecare advisors have to give full support for any device that is less than 26 months old and purchased in New Zealand or Australia. This was previously only the case in Italy. As you probably know, Applecare phone support is usually a paid extra.
