iTunes has no icon on Force Quit menu

Question concerning this little oddity:

On the Force Quit Menu (cmd + opt + esc), if iTunes is open as a running application, it has no icon in the list. I am running Snow Leopard and the latest version of iTunes. There is no icon regardless of whether I open the application manually or plug my iPhone in. The icon in the dock, the Applications stack on the dock, and the Applications folder is fine.

It doesn't really affect any functionality, I'm just insanely curious as to where that little blue circle went.

I don't have that problem.
Is your iTunes on your dock?

I have learnt that if an application is not on the Dock, it will not show up in the Force Quit Menu, including anything else except for Activity Monitor.

Yes, iTunes is open and running in the dock. It's just the icon on the Force Quit menu. Here's a screenshot of my problem:
