Irresponsible web design STILL

People out there are still insisting on this type of irresponsible web design? Not even a close button.

Not sure I'd have used the word irresponsible. Bad. Poor. Horrible, perhaps. But not irresponsible.

Irresponsible because they have no regard as to what device I am using to look at the content. I could be on the bus wanting to sing along to this song b
