When I'm sent a pic from either an iPhone(5) or iPad (The New) I get a frame of the thumbnail with a tiny square and the corner folded over as the attachment. I click on the file and after a couple minutes of the "arrow circling" in the open tab the thumbnail appears, with the bar saying no virus detected. But no matter what I do afterward the .jpgs will not download to my iMac. I thought Apple products would work cross platform. Any fixes for this?
