Repair/Upgrade fees at the Apple Store?

How much does the Apple Store charge for upgrading PowerBooks? I'm debating on upgrading my old TiBook 667 VGA with a new HDD drive and RAM. Can I buy third-party pieces from MacSales and have the local Apple Store do the install or do I have to buy the parts from the Apple Store as well?
