Must have apps for IPT5 - still ok ?

Anyone can confirm if we still can synch google calendar and google contacts (gmail) with the IPT5 ?

Also, has anyone installed an app to play youtube videos ?

Thinking of upgrading my ipod 2nd gen to this if I still can do the above... if no I'll go for the cheaper IPT4

The YouTube app by Google on the App Store works fine but does not use the 4 inch screen yet.

It is the same thing you can sync google calendar on it just like the old ones can

Jasmine is an excellent YouTube app that is optimized for the iPod touch 5th Gen 4" display. Give it a try.
