iPad iPad (4th Gen) not detected on MBP

I've just received my 4th Gen iPad. I've had to restore it from my iCloud backup as when I plug it into my MacBook Pro (13" early 2011 model) it isn't detected at all. I have the latest version of iTunes installed.

Anyone else getting this?
