My iPhone 5 is not activated according to apple?

I have had my iphone 5 since day 1 and wanted to check my warranty status and decided to go to the apple website and it says my phone isn't activated? I have had it with AT&T since day 1 and its been working perfect. I obviously had to activate with AT&T to use it...anyone know way I can do?

call applecare and they will take care of it.

Does it better if I have the standard warranty? I never took out apple care

applecare = standard warranty
applecare+ = extended accidental warranty


the warranty department is applecare. The 1 yr warranty direct from apple is called applecare. Apple refers to warranty as applecare........
