I need help! Up until iTunes Match was introduced, I've had no problems with music syncing automatically between my MacBook air and iPod; however, when I recently introduced the iPhone 4S - which coincided with iTunes Match coming out - I lost several songs off the iPod, yet there's no problem with them on the iPhone and MacBook. In iTunes on the MacBook, some songs have the grey cloud with a line through it beside them and are marked as ineligible for iCloud; yet, although they were automatically synced and play on the iPhone and MacBook, they were actually deleted from the iPod. I'm living in France for a year and the iPod is my primary source for listening to music. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
