Can I upgrade the new mini alone ?

I mean change the hard drive to SSD instead of HDD ? maybe use both ?

They showed how easy is to open it but not sure how easy is to get to the drive .

This link shows you what to do for last year's model, and I'm pretty sure it would be almost the same, if not identical, for the new model.

Shows you how to get in and upgrade the drive. There is an ifixit tutorial on how to go dual drive, if you Google for it.

Not as simple as a RAM upgrade, not massively difficult but it depends on how confident you feel!

Adding a harddrive/SSD can be a bit tricky if you haven't pulled things apart before.

Take a look at this video from OWC:

It's the same for the 2012 model.
