2010 air with dell u3011

Can my air power the 30" dell LCD? I know I had no issues with the 27" apple cinema. What cable do I need to make best use of the new real estate? Thank you

Don't know about the 30" Dell, but my Mac 2010 13 MBA does well with a Dell U2410 with mini-Display Port to DP cable from Monoprice. I would try that option first. Let us know-- I'm interested in that monitor for work.
