iCal on iPod
Hi!
I will probably buy the new iPod Nano and I don't know if it can act like an pda. I know that info must be intered via a computer. I would like to know if the calendar function on an iPod makes any sort of alarm on appointment? Do it beep even if the device is off? Thank you, Guillaume |

If you have an alarm in iCal and sync to your iPod, the iPod will beep at the appropriate time. I found that out by accident when I was trying to figure out what the heck just made that beep.
I believe the iPod either has to be on or "sleeping". I don't think it'll work if it's totally off (when it takes a few seconds to turn on). |
