[OS X] How to play wine wrapped game?? (CSX)

I have just recently got Unreal tournament 3 but when I tried to launch it, the game keeps on crashing without showing anything..... then I did it continuously until this kind of notification popped out " the wine wrapper is deleted or outdated". When I checked what is inside, I found the tremendous amount of files ( all window based).... can anyone please give me any suggestions??
( I can't use CrossOver Games because those files are all packed inside the application or Wrapper)

If its a CXS wrapper then it's highly outdated. Some of those wont work right on OSX 10.6, and I don't think any run on 10.7+

Is there any way I can convert CSX into any of those playable file format??
