[iPad Mini] iPad Mini Stocks

Hi! I'm from South East Asia and iPad mini stocks here are completely sold out. Been waiting in the 'lottery' for weeks now but still no luck.

I'll be travelling to New York on the 17th, will I be able to purchase 1 without having to order online?

32gb and 64gb are everywhere in nyc
