Macbook Air hard drive wipe help!!

I need some help. I just got a used late 2010 macbook air with lion installed and I want to erase everything on the hard drive. How can I do this without a CD drive or a recovery usb? Is there a way to do this and keep mountain lion that is already installed?

Please help and advice would be much appreciated!!
