Has anyone else's Safari (Mac) been crapping out lately?

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

And that happens pretty frequently. Another problem I'm having is that when I'm typing in an input box, some of the most recent letters will not appear even though my cursor has moved past them. I have to highlight back over them for the words to appear. This is only happening in Safari.

And GIFs aren't working the way they're supposed to either.

The website looks pretty old school and is probably not coded well for modern browsers with new standards. If Chrome loads it fine, then maybe Chrome does more for compatibility than Safari does.

Try reset Safari in the Safari menu and reboot to fix any oddities you have. Also gifs are slow to load in Safari, much quicker in Firefox and Chrome.
If you can't innovate, you just imitate, but it's never quite as good as the original.

I get fairly frequent (a few times a day) crashes, and regular freezing. General sluggish behaviour and unreliability. Just waiting for an update to sort safari out.
