I have a 13" MacBook Pro (2009) that I've upgraded to 4GB of RAM (1333MHz DDR3).

It will kernel panic randomly, and at different times. It's on 10.8.2, fresh install, and I'm not running anything.

Is the RAM the problem? Should I be using 1066MHz RAM instead or should it not matter?
